Returns Requirements
To initiate a return:
Before returning, please contact customer service(kwinggallery@outlook.com) for detailed return procedures and return address.
- The request must be within 30 days of receipt.
- Artwork should be in its original condition and packaging.
- Proper packaging is essential for a refund.
- Carefully unpack artworks to avoid damage.
Damaged Artworks Procedure
We offer complimentary exchange for damaged item. If you have a damaged item during transportation, we thoroughly apologize, and ask that you send us a message and include your order number and a photo of your damaged artwork. Let us deal with courier companies.we will ship out the replacement just in a few days.
Return Timeframe
You have 30 days from receipt to request a return and an additional 14 days to complete it.
Because all the paintings are purely handmade. If the buyer cancels the order for no reason more than 10 days after the purchase, the buyer will have to pay a production fee of $50-$150.
Non-Refundable Cases
If the artwork doesn't suit your need after receipt, shipping costs for return are your responsibility. A full refund is issued upon return receipt.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
